DESCRIPTION:Then and Now … The Kirby’s Mill Quilt ShowThe Medford Historical Society’s Quilt Show predates the establishment of Berry Basket Quilters (1987 – see our history). Clearly it’s been a successful event for many years: 1982 displayed 65 quilts and had nearly 800 visitors.This year the Quilt Show will be held on June 6-7 from 10 AM to 4 PM at Kirby’s Mill. BBQ will have a Boutique at the show.Quilters are encouraged to participate and show off their work! As part of this effort\, we are hosting two “Member Meet and Mingle” events for all members. \n\n\n\nThe sessions are scheduled as follows: \n\n\n\n– Friday\, July 24th at 10:00 AM – Cranberry Hall– Saturday\, September 12th at 9:00 AM – Holly Room at Medford Leas \n\n\n\nWe have selected both a weekday and a weekend date to accommodate everyone’s schedules; you are welcome to attend one or both sessions. \n\n\n\nThis is a great opportunity for both new and established members to connect. Board and committee members will be present to answer questions and share more about their work.
