Workshop – Collage Style Quilting

Come learn the fun technique of collage style quilting. You can make up your own pattern, or you can purchase a pattern online. One suggestion is Laura Heine’s Whatevers! patterns that are $8.50 (see the link below). These are generally very easy patterns finishing at an 8.5 inch unfinished block. Make 4 to make a wall hanging or table topper.

For this class, in addition to your regular supplies, you’ll need:

• Steam a Seam 2
• Applique scissors like Karen K. Buckley’s
• Precision fusing mat or applique pressing sheet (one will be available at the workshop)
• Pencil for tracing
• Fabric for your project
