Fall Quilt Camp

It’s time to sign up for Fall Camp: Friday October 2, Saturday October 3, and Sunday October 4, 2026, 9 am – 5 pm – please note new time!
Gibson House Community Center is at 535 East Main Street, Marlton.
The cost for all three days remains $65. The breakdown is: $15 for Friday, $25 for Saturday, and $25 for Sunday. You may sign up for one, two, or all three days.
Please note the time change for all three days of camp. The doors will now open at 9 am and we will be able to stay until 5 pm. We decided to make this change for two reasons: 1. Several members/attendees have arrived previously at camp up to an hour before the contract start time, and 2. many members left before the daily ending time. The committee decided it would be in our best interest to move the start time up an hour earlier and end it an hour earlier. Out of an abundance of caution, we kindly ask you to abide by the contracted start and end times because members are only covered by Evesham Township and our own Berry Basket Quilters liability insurance for the contracted times. Any injury a member/attendee sustains on the premises outside of the insured times will not be covered by either group’s liability insurance. We all certainly carry lots of equipment and supplies into and out of the building, so please be careful! We want everyone to be safe and healthy in order to sew all three days!
The Gibson House meeting room can accommodate 40 people (with all their stuff!). BBQ members may begin to sign-up at the BBQ guild meeting on August 12, 2026. Members may mail (USPS) a check made out to Berry Basket Quilters to PO Box 1614, Medford, NJ or email BBQ Treasurer Cherie Casey or Blair Mahan to sign up and then pay by check, or debit/credit card at an upcoming guild meeting. Cherie will keep a record of the members who have signed up and paid and will keep the committee informed. If there are still spots available after the September guild meeting, then non-members will be invited to sign up.
At previous camps, we were able to purchase lunch because enough members registered to attend. We hope to provide lunches at this October camp too – we will confirm this prior to camp. Remember to bring your own snacks to share, and drinks. Watch for more information!
