In September we will welcome Teresa Barkley, she is a New Jersey quilter from the famous Quiltfolk magazine January issue. Teresa Barkley began her life-long passion for working with fabric at the age of five when her mother taught her to sew. Barkley began patchwork projects immediately, attempting to duplicate
